You are receiving this message because you hold a balance in Syscoin (SYS) on Poloniex.
On Friday, May 17th, at 16:00 UTC, SYS markets will be disabled on Poloniex. Please finalize all trades and close any positions in these assets prior to May 17th. Once delisted, you will have 17 days (up to and including June 3rd)
to withdraw any balances in these assets. We will send an email to
balance holders reminding them to withdraw their funds prior to June 3rd.
On June 4th,
Syscoin will be undergoing a software upgrade. Due to the engineering
cost of performing this upgrade, Poloniex will not be able to continue
supporting SYS at the time of the upgrade and will be delisting it. Section 16 of the User Agreement
provides that Poloniex may delist an asset at any time in its sole
discretion based on a number of factors and, in this case, it is the
technical and operational challenges associated with continuing to
support the asset.
The exact timeline of events is as follows:
May 17 at 16:00 UTC: Markets for SYS will be closed
June 3 at 16:00 UTC: Withdrawal of SYS will be disabled
To withdraw your assets, please visit
the Balances page of your account and provide a withdrawal address for
the currency you wish to withdraw. If you don't currently have a
verified account, you will need to verify your identity before you're
able to withdraw. We will send another email reminder in the coming
